About the place

Dayara Bugyal is the perfect trek route for the beginners, which have beautiful forest , ancient Himalayan villages, large fields of green meadows , house of Gujjars, clear view of mountain ranges ,land of beautiful flowers & butterflies. This trek start from the ancient Himalayan village called Raithal which is base point of the trekking activities. From here, the trek start with alpine forest of Oak, Buransh, Moru & Pines and green meadows. The beautiful meadows are developed into ski slopes covering an area 28 sqkmtrs.

As you climb it will offer you mind striking view of the Gangotri range. This trek is fully covered with Phyonli Flower (Yellow Flower ) in the month of autumn which remind us the famous poem “Swach Chandni bichi hui hain ambar or Tal me”. Dayara Bughyal offers you mind striking view of various high range mountains with the elevation of +6000 mtr which are DKD(Draupadi Ka Danda), Mt. Srikanth , Bandarpoonch & Baghirathi.

Highlights:

The trek starts from the Raithal village & ends with green meadows & top ridges. These meadows are home to different species of flowers & medicinal plants. You can see panorama views of the Himalayan range & snow-covered mountains.

Village Drashan:

We will provide you a short period of time to visit the Raithal Village.

Livelihood Activity Support:

We provide you with an opportunity to adopt children for their education, adopt a family for the lighting of the house (Villagers don’t have continuous power supply from the National Grid for powering the house), buy the Organic Rajma, Potato, Amlach & other local produce & handicrafts.

Cuisine:

Pahadi Food will be served along with Indian and Continental Food.

Ready for Pain be prepared (Tent will not comfortable as a bed so be ready For the little pain )

ITINERARY

Day 1

Dehradun to Raithal Village ( Stay at Raithali Village(Village Stay) (Road Trip:186 KM, Time Duration: 7-8 Hour)

Day 2

Raithal to Gui Base Camp (Trekking of 6 Km ,Time Duration : 4-5 Hour )

Day 3

Gui Base Camp to Dayra Bugyal and Back to Gui base camp (Trek-6 Km, 4-6 Hour)

Day 4

Gui Base Camp to Raithal & Back to Dehradun( Trek 6 Km & Drive 186 KM)

Dehradun to Raithal Village (Road Trip : 186 Km, 8 Hour)

We will start the day early morning from Dehradun to Raithal Village by the route of Suwakholi , Rauton ki valley , Chinyalisaur & Uttarkashi. On the way we will visit Vishwanath Temple , Maneri Hydro Electric project, Vishwanath Temple , Uttarkashi City & Nehru Mountaineering Institute. Route from Suwakholi to Chinyalisaur is extremely beautiful & covered by alpine forest, No’s of villages & Red Buransh Trees. After 8- 10 hour journey we will reach at village Raithal, which is 18 Km far from the Gangotri highway.

Cancellation Policy:

It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows

Up to 25 Days:

– 90% of Trek/adventure program cost will be refund.

Between 15 – 25 Days

: – 60% of Trek/Adventure/Tour/Travel/Hotel program cost will be refund.

Between 15 – 11 Days:

– 30% of Trek/Adventure/Tour/Travel/Hotel program cost will be refunded.
